Team Insurance

If you already have team insurance we will need a copy of the Additionally Insured COIs listed below.

You can now purchase coverage and receive your insurance certificate instantly at www.AYSAA.com! Additional insureds can be added at the time of purchase or any time later at the AYSAA site.

Insurance costs for youth basketball through the American Youth Sports Athletic Association, Inc. (AYSAA) insurance program are:

Ages 12&U: $65.00 per team

Ages 13-15: $90.00 per team

Ages 16-18: $115.00 per team

Plus $25.00 per team membership fee to the AYSAA.

A team consists of 15 players maximum; additional players will need to be registered as a second team.

Coverage will be provided for one year from the effective date.

General Liability Policy Amount MUST be a MINIMUM of $1,000,000 for each occurrence.
